Lovely products for a good price. I once received a damaged product but customer services helped me out promptly by sending me a new one. Will definitely return!

Never had a bad experience. Bought off the site over 5 times now and I have no complaints at all. Even at the pop up store in London, staff were lovely and helpful. They give samples and cute bags (there's an option to be more eco friendly and not get a pink bag/sample/sticker at checkout)
Customer service is amazing, they answer promptly and they helped me find the right shade concealer ONLINE! Obviously like all makeup/skincare brands there are their bestsellers as well as some average items(according to other reviews), but all items I've bought are great and does the job. Delivery time was also fine:)

Had to change my address last min as it went in wrong. Paige was amazing. If all companies could take a leaf! Great customer service. The glossier perfume is one of the most beautiful scents I have ever had. Can’t wait to recieve.

Glossier has amazing customer service. They're helpful, friendly, efficient and generous. Delivery is always reasonably prompt and everything is packaged so well. Love it!
